Hair Essentials Salon Studios

In 2012, Centric Design Studio provided architectural services for the new design and construction of Hair Essentials – a hair and nail salon and spa. A unique model, the salon is a business incubator with individual studio rooms, each independently operated by a cosmetologist or wellness professional.
In 2015, the Owner of Hair Essentials Salon commissioned CDS to design a 2,085 SF expansion of the salon with 12 new suites, bringing the total to 25 suites.
Deviating from the traditional salon layout, Hair Essentials boasts separate styling, nail and spa studio rooms, each with its own design style. The expansion continued with the same design concept. Ample storage has been installed in each studio to reduce clutter and maintain a relaxing atmosphere. Hair Essentials Salon Studios was awarded Best of Ann Arbor 2015 Beauty Salon by the Ann Arbor\Ypsilanti Regional Chamber.
