the Bond Program Manager joint venture team consisting of Fanning/Howey Associates & Dokes Design Architecture.
CDS is providing bridging documents; programming and defining scope of work for design build teams. Construction phase services including digital submittal processes, peer reviews, code compliance checks, punch list, and close out on behalf of the owner of four of the modernization projects.
